Enough about AI.
Let's talk about
your business.

Most small business owners know AI matters. The problem isn't the tools — it's having a clear enough picture to tell your team where to start. I work with UK business owners to cut through the noise, find the right starting points, and build a plan their team can actually follow.

TL;DR

I help UK small business owners cut through the AI noise and give their teams a clear direction — from a £47 starting point to a 6-week hands-on programme.

Leadership before tools

The question is never "which AI?" It's "who on your team should own this, and what do they need from you?"

Built for delegation

The whole point is your team doing more — not you. I help you brief them, not replace them.

A real plan, not a slide deck

You leave with templates, priorities, and a clear next step. Not inspiration.

Transparent pricing

From a £47 self-study guide to a £6,000 hands-on programme. No hidden fees, no surprises.

The Products

Start where you are. Go as deep as you need.

Most people start with the Playbook or the Sequence and go deeper when they're ready. Some come straight to the Workshop or the Sprint. There's no wrong entry point — and no pressure to commit to more than makes sense right now.

The fastest way to get a clear starting point.

A practical guide designed to be completed in 2–3 hours. You'll leave with a vocabulary, a prioritisation method, and a delegation brief your team can actually follow.

01 Vocabulary

Learn what AI can realistically do in a business like yours.

02 Prioritise

Identify the two or three places where AI will have the most impact.

03 Brief

Build a delegation brief your team can act on immediately.

04 Start

Leave with a clear first action, not a vague intention.

The Playbook

A structured path through AI adoption, one stage at a time.

The Sequence is the core programme — and the most flexible way to work with me. You're never asked to commit to the whole thing upfront. Each stage is priced and delivered on its own. Some clients move through all of it; some find their footing after a few stages and take it from there. You'll always know what the next step costs before you commit to it.

Start the Sequence
01Enter

First stage delivered immediately. Low commitment, real value from day one.

02Build

Each stage builds on the last, at a pace that works for you.

03Decide

Natural checkpoint after the first stages. No pressure to continue.

04Progress

Move through the full programme toward genuine capability.

The Sequence

A half-day that's worth more than six months of experimentation.

A structured session for business owners who want to think clearly about AI in a focused, practical environment. Available as an open cohort or a private run for your business.

Find a Workshop date
01Ground

Establish honestly where your business currently stands with AI.

02Explore

Work through the key leadership questions with structure and peer input.

03Apply

Run the frameworks against your actual business, not a hypothetical.

04Plan

Leave with a personal AI adoption plan ready to share with your team.

The Workshop

Six weeks. A real plan. Your team using AI with confidence.

Done-with-you implementation over 6 weeks. Weekly sessions, hands-on guidance, and a finished AI adoption plan your team can follow. Maximum four clients at any one time.

Apply for the Sprint
01Scope

Define your priorities, starting points, and what success looks like.

02Plan

Build a real AI adoption plan specific to your business.

03Pilot

Implement and test the first changes with your team.

04Embed

Establish the habits and processes that make it stick long-term.

Who you're working with

Two decades of building.
Not advising.

My background isn't corporate consulting or academic research. It's two decades of hands-on work — building digital products, platforms, and tools for businesses at varying scales. I know how small businesses actually operate, because I've spent most of my career working inside them, not observing them from the outside.

Alongside this practice, I run two other ventures — one a content and publishing platform, one a staff training and learning business. Both have AI embedded at their core through a structured process I've developed called the AI Knowledge Core. I'm not recommending approaches I've read about. I'm using them in my own businesses every day.

When you work with me, you work with me. I take a maximum of four hands-on clients at any one time — because the work only delivers what it should when I'm genuinely invested in your specific situation.
